Today for the first time, a secondary Rights Brigade team took to Manchester to perform a jury nullification rights outreach operation. Activists Patrick Wienckowski, Maverick Carty, and Clarence Gardner (not pictured) conducted the operation.

Activists handed out jury nullification information flyers, informing jurors of their rights to nullify laws they find reprehensible by deciding not guilty, even in cases where the evidence indicates that the defendant was in the legal wrong.

Several jurors indicated that they had already received a flyer last week. One younger fellow said that he already knew about jury nullification, and was glad the volunteers were distributing the pamphlets. All in all, the operation went off without incident.
