Jury rights activists once again covered jury nullification outreach in Nashua today.

Jury nullification is the process of a jury nullifying bad laws by refusing to convict, even when the letter of the law would have them act otherwise. This works to counterbalance an overactive legislature or justice system.

Don McCollough and Ellen Blanchard conducted the outreach operation.

Over 100 new jurors were reached.
