Jury rights outreach – Concord (9/28/15)

Once again today, I conducted a jury rights outreach operation in Concord.

Jury nullification is where a jury chooses not to convict based not on the legality of the case at hand, but on the morality of the law. Activists inform jurors of this right by distributing informative pamphlets.

It was a fairly light day, and the distribution was carried out without incident.

32 new jurors were reached, along with three refusals.
